Pour milk into a small bowl and stir in gelatin powder. Set aside.
In a saucepan, stir cream with Organic Zero over medium heat. Bring to boil (will rise quickly in pan), then stir in gelatin mixture and chocolate chips, until completely dissolved. Cook for one minute, then remove from heat and stir in extract. Pour into 6 ramekin or custard dishes.
Cool ramekins at room temperature, then cover with plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, top with sliced strawberries and chocolate shavings.
