Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the peaches cut side up in an ungreased 8x12-inch baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients; it should be crumbly. Sprinkle the mix over the peaches and bake for 45 minutes or so, until the top is golden brown and the peaches are tender. Serve warm or cold, with vanilla ice cream, a dollop of whipping cream or just alone.
