Combine Glad Corn (www.gladcorn.com), granola, Tosteds (www.tosteds.com), and raisins in a large mixing bowl. Set aside. Sift cocoa powder into a medium bowl. Add cornstarch and cinnamon and stir to mix. Place agave and maple syrup in a microwave-safe liquid measuring cup and heat 35 second on high. Add to the cocoa powder mixture, stirring or using a small whisk to blend quickly, forming a chocolate syrup.
Combine the chocolate syrup and the Glad Corn mixture in the large bowl, mixing thoroughly with a rubber tipped spatula. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and spray lightly with olive oil spray. Place rounded Tablespoonfuls onto the prepared pan and place in the freezer. Truffles will be ready in 15 minutes. Keep these quick and easy treats in the freezer until ready to serve. Yum!!
