Combine the simple honey syrup, mint leaves, and splash (1 oz.) of soda water in a 12-ounce glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and blend fl avors. Squeeze 2 halves of the lime into the glass, leaving one hull in the glass. Add rum, stir, and fi ll with ice, then top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig and a slice of lime. |
