½ cup Wholesome Sweeteners Fair Trade Organic Amber Honey
¼ cup organic peanut butter
2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
A squeeze of lime
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes*
Directions :
Combine ingredients in small bowl; mix well and set aside for about 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve as a dipping sauce for homemade summer rolls or over steamed or stir-fried chicken and veggies with rice.
* if you have a higher tolerance for heat, try fresh jalapenos, serranos, bird chiles or even habaneros; but please use these sparingly— you can add heat later, but you can’t take it away!
