¼ cup Wholesome Sweeteners Fair Trade Organic Raw Honey
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
4 Tablespoons minced chives
2 Tablespoons minced shallots
Use a good quality balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy and use more or less honey to balance the dressing to your taste. |
