½ cup Wholesome Sweeteners Pancake & Waffle Syrup or maple syrup
½ cup canola oil
2 cage-free eggs
2 cups spelt or whole wheat pastry flour
1½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon and ginger
¼ cup Wholesome Sweeteners’ Fair Trade Organic Blackstrap Molasses
½ cup honey
Mix syrup, oil and eggs until smooth. Stir together dry ingredients. Mix molasses, honey and water. Alternately add liquid and dry ingredients to maple mixture. Bake in lined muffin tins at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
