Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Melt the white chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering, not boiling, water. Allow to cool slightly.
Whisk the eggs and salt until light and frothy, then whisk in the sugar and vanilla and whisk until thick and light.
Whisk in the chocolate mixture.
Fold in the flour and pecans, until well blended.
Put into a buttered 10 x 8-inch tin. Cook for 35-45 minutes until set but slightly soft in the center.
Cool in the tin. Cut into small squares. |
