In a medium saucepan over medium heat, boil the potatoes until done, about 40 minutes. To test for doneness, pierce a potato with a matchstick. If the potato falls off when the matchstick is lifted, it is done. Drain.
In a small saucepan, bring ½ cup water and the vinegar to a boil. In a large bowl, combine all the other ingredients except the Nayonnaise. Add the water and vinegar mixture and mix well. Cool. Add the Nayonnaise, if using, to taste before serving. |
