8 ounces grain-sweetened or semisweet baking chocolate
2 cups Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sucanat
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 large cage-free organic eggs, beaten
1 ¼ cups unbleached flour
½ teaspoon salt
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan.
In a 3-quart saucepan over low heat, melt the margarine and chocolate.With a wooden spoon, stir in the Sucanat and vanilla.Beat in the eggs until well blended.In a medium bowl, combine the flour and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture just until blended.Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean.Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.When cool, cut lengthwise into 4 strips, then cut each strip crosswise into six pieces.
