Pineapple Muffins Submit Your Recipe
 
 
Ingredients:

2 cups white flour

2 ˝ tsp. baking powder

˝ tsp. baking soda

˝ tsp. salt

˝ cup Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sucanat

1/3 cup oil

1 cage-free egg

1 cup sour cream

1 8-oz. An crushed pineapple, undrained

 
Directions :
Sift dry ingredients; add to Sucanat in a large bowl.  Mix egg, sour cream, pineapple, and oil in another bowl.  Add liquid ingredients to dry, mixing only until moistened.  Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups, filing 2/3 full.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.  Makes 12 good-sized muffins.
