One 12-ounce package semisweet non-dairy chocolate chips (such as Tropical Source)
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
½ cup raisins (optional)
Directions :
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.Set aside.In larger bowl, combine soy margarine, Sucanat and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.Beat in eggs, one at a time.Gradually add flour mixture.Mix well before stirring in non-dairy chocolate chips.Add nuts and raisins at this time, if desired.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
