2 cups mixed baby greens
1 teaspoon Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sucanat
¾ tablespoon white wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Wash and dry the greens very well. In a bowl, whisk together Sucanat, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add oil by drizzling it in. Toss the dressing and lettuce together so there is a fine coat of dressing covering all of the greens.
