2 ½ cup flour

1 cup Wholesome Sweeteners Fair Trade Organic SUCANAT

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

¾ teaspoon salt

1 cup organic butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cage-free egg

1 tablespoon Wholesome Sweeteners Fair Trade Organic Molasses

Cream organic butter well.  Blend in SUCANAT, add egg and beat vigorously until smooth and fluffy.  Stir in vanilla and syrup.  Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture.  Mix well until smooth.

Roll out on floured board or pastry sheet.  Cut with cookie cutters.  Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Optional: Frost with your  favorite icing and decorate.
