Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs singly, beating after each addition. Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, blending after each addition. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan; spread with half the batter.
For topping, cream butter, Sucanat, and cinnamon. Add nuts. Dot half of this mixture evenly over batter in pan and cover with remaining batter. Dot with remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. |
