Cookie Crumb Topping Submit Your Recipe
 
 
Ingredients:

1 package (7oz) amaranth graham crackers

1/3 cup Wholesome Sweeteners’ Organic SUCANAT

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
 
Directions :

Place crackers in food processor and process to crumbs.  Add SUCANAT, cinnamon and nutmeg, and pulse to mix.  Topping may be stored in a covered container in the freezer for several months.

Makes 1 ¼ cups.
