In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oils. Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes, or until crisp. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and Sucanat; simmer for 1 minute, or until the sauce has slightly thickened. Add the fish to the pan and simmer in the sauce for 3 minutes each side, or until cooked. Te serve, place piles of steamed rice on serving plates and top with the fish and pan sauce. Serve with steamed greens or asparagus. |
