Mix the first 8 ingredients (through the ginger) in a bowl.In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients.Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Gradually beat Sucanat mixture into flour mixture until well mixed.Dollop with teaspoon onto oiled baking sheets.Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
