Per serving:

1 organic apple

½ cup raisins

1 Tablespoon Wholesome Sweeteners Fair Trade Organic Sucanat®  or Billington's Dark Brown Molasses Sugar

An elegant way to serve baked apples is to peel them before coring.

Wash and dry apples and remove core. Mix raisins with SUCANAT and cinnamon and fill the hole where the core has been removed with mixture. Place apples greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° F for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with half a walnut.
