Preheat oven to 350°
In a small bowl, combine eggs, cranberries and vanilla. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
In a medium bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and white sugar. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
Slowly add dry mixture into the creamed mixture until they have combined. Next add the egg/cranberry mixture and then the oats. Mix well!
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before glazing.
Drizzle glaze over the top of cookies.
