Cinnamon Cream Cheese Pie Submit Your Recipe
 
 
Ingredients:

1 ½ Cups Organic Heavy Cream

¼ tsp. Organic Vanilla Extract

8 packets Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia

½ cups 1% Organic Milk

¼ cup water

2 ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Organic Cream Cheese, softened for 1 to 2 hours

1 prepared piecrust

 
Directions :

Preheat oven according to directions on pre-made pie crust. Bake pie crust, remove from oven and set aside.

Whip the heavy cream for about 45 seconds using a hand or stand up mixer. Add vanilla and 4 packets of Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia and whip for about 20 more seconds or until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Mix organic milk, water and cinnamon in a small saucepan and stir over very low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Place gelatin in bowl and then pour milk mixture over gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved. Run through a strainer to remove any possible lumps of undisolved gelatin.

Add the strained gelatin/milk mix to the cream cheese and beat in a bowl for 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining 4 packets of Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia and beat for an additional minute.

Fold in 1 cup of the whipped cream mixture until blended. Spread mixture into the piecrust. Spread the remaining whipped cream on top of pie. Put pie in refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
