Preheat oven according to directions on pre-made pie crust. Bake pie crust, remove from oven and set aside.
Whip the heavy cream for about 45 seconds using a hand or stand up mixer. Add vanilla and 4 packets of Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia and whip for about 20 more seconds or until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Mix organic milk, water and cinnamon in a small saucepan and stir over very low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Place gelatin in bowl and then pour milk mixture over gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved. Run through a strainer to remove any possible lumps of undisolved gelatin.
Add the strained gelatin/milk mix to the cream cheese and beat in a bowl for 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining 4 packets of Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia and beat for an additional minute.
Fold in 1 cup of the whipped cream mixture until blended. Spread mixture into the piecrust. Spread the remaining whipped cream on top of pie. Put pie in refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving. |
