6 bananas
¼ cup orange marmalade
3 Tablespoons Wholesome Sweeteners Fair Trade Organic Light Brown Sugar
¼ cup orange juice
Grated zest of ½ orange
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Place the sauce ingredients into a small pan over a low heat for a few minutes until warmed through.
Peel the bananas and put each onto the center of a piece of foil.
Divide the sauce between the parcels and fold tightly, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.
Place on the barbecue for 15-20 minutes.
