Elegant and easy, Amaretto Muscovado Dreams are perfect desserts to enjoy with friends.

Whip the cream until it forms peaks, then add the Greek yogurt and the Amaretto liqueur and whisk until thick. Lightly crush the cookies and mix with the sugar. Spoon a little of the cream mixture into the base of four tall glasses. Sprinkle over some of the cookie mixture to make a thick layer. Repeat the layers ending with a layer of cream mixture. Chill for 2 hours or until the Light Brown Muscovado Sugar has turned syrupy. Serve decorated with more Amaretto and Muscovado Sugar. |
