1lb fresh raspberries 3/8 cup Billington's Natural Milled Golden Cane Sugar 2 cups sparkling mineral water (or wine) |

Blend raspberries in a blender or food processor with Billington’s Natural Milled Golden Cane Sugar to make a puree. Sieve the puree to remove the seeds and pour into a jug. Add 2 cups sparkling mineral water (or wine for grown-ups) and pour into ice-filled glasses. |
