Cardamom Yogurt, Almonds and Fruit
 
 
Ingredients:

The Yogurt:


Plain yogurt or half plain & half maple


A dash of cardomom 


A dash of almond extract


Toppings:


Sliced black seedless grapes(the big sweet ones) or in the summer, use your favorite fresh stone fruit


Sliced honey roasted almonds (plenty)


A dollup of sweetened whipped cream if you wish


Drizzle a little Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Pancake & Waffle Syrup or Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Raw Blue Agave (no sugar spike)


Sprinkle a little Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Zero to finish.

 
Directions :

You can layer or mix it all together. Satisfying, healthy, low fat, delicious!
