Combine Organic Zero and water in a medium stockpot and boil for 10 minutes on high or until all is dissolved and the mixture is reduced to approximately 8 cups.
Add bourbon and coffee and let set for 20 minutes.
Strain through a fine sieve, slice vanilla beans in half and place in an airtight container in the fridge for 6 weeks, You may be able to serve up to two weeks prior, just taste to make sure the flavor has come full circle
