Butter an 8-inch square pan and sprinkle with nuts. Mix Sucanat, honey, butter and half of the cream in a pan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in the rest of the cream gradually. Continue stirring as mixture thickens, and cook to 258 degrees or until a little dropped into cold water forms a hard ball. Remove from heat and pour over nuts. When cold, cut into squares and wrap in wax paper.
