Jesse Ziff Cool is the owner of the Cool Cafe at Stanford University's Cantor Arts Center, as well as jZcool Eatery & Catering Co. and the venerable Flea Streat Cafe, which has been serving high-end organic cuisine since 1982, both in Menlo Park.  The author of several cookbooks, including "Toast" and "Your Organic Kitchen", she lives in Palo Alto, California.
