The National Association for the Specialty Food Trade(NASFT)'s prestigious annual product awards competition was reinvented this year with a new name: the "SOFI" Awards for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation. The SOFI, short, shiny and very stylized, looks like another very famous trophy but wears a toque and carries a dome-covered platter.
